Ducati has launched the 2025 Panigale V4 and V4 S in India. It gets a revised design, is lighter, and makes more power than before. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 29,99,000 which is Rs 2,26,400 more expensive than the previous V4. The Panigale V4 S is priced at Rs 36,50,000 which is Rs 3,02,400 more expensive than the previous V4 S. (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi)
The Ducati Panigale V4 gets a refreshed design in the form of new more aggressive LED headlights up front, addition of winglets just below the headlight, new fairing, and a new double-sided swingarm. Apart from these changes, the overall silhouette of the bike remains the same and is unmistakably a Panigale, while being more aerodynamic than before.

The new Ducati Panigale V4 is powered by a 1103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, producing 216PS at 13,500rpm and 120.9Nm at 11,250rpm. It is 0.5PS more than the previous version although, peak torque has gone down by 2.7Nm.
The Ducati Panigale V4 gets a fully adjustable 43mm Showa inverted fork and a Sachs monoshock, while the V4 S features fully adjustable Öhlins NPX-30 pressurised fork and Öhlins TTX36 rear shock and Öhlins steering damper. The bike gets a revised main frame, twin 330mm discs at the front and a 245mm disc at the rear. The front disc diameter has gone up by 10mm to improve braking performance. It rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped around with sticky Pirelli Diablo Supercorse SP-V4 tyres. The revised chassis and a new double-sided swingarm result in a kerb weight of 191kg which is a whole 7.5kg less than the previous iteration. While the new swingarm means absolute business, it does not look as pretty as the single-sided swingarm of its predecessor, in our opinion.

The 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 S shares the same engine as the standard model, it gets Ohlins fully adjustable electronic suspension at both ends, forged-aluminium wheels and weighs in at 187kg kerb which is 4kg lighter than the standard model.

The new Panigale V4 gets a brand-new 6.9-inch TFT display. The new console promises to offer better visibility under all lighting conditions. The bike gets 3 road riding modes: Sport, Road, Wet, and 2 track modes: Race A and Race B. It also gets multi-level switchable traction control and cornering ABS. It also gets a bi-directional quick-shifter as standard. Other features include wheelie control, slide control, engine braking control, anti-theft alarm, cruise control, tyre pressure monitoring system among others.

In India, the Ducati Panigale V4 is the only other bike with a V4 engine apart from the Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100 which is priced at Rs 31,26,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Other inline-four options which make a similar amount of power available in India are the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R which costs Rs 17,93,000 and the BMW S 1000 RR priced at Rs 21,10,000 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
