-
A special clientele edition will also be made, limited to just 63 units
Ducati has collaborated with the Italian car manufacturer Lamborghini and has launched the limited edition Panigale V4 Lamborghini internationally. The bike will be limited to just 630 units globally and gets better equipment, an Akrapovic exhaust, carbon fibre body parts among others. The manufacturer has also launched an even more limited ‘Panigale V4 Lamborghini Speciale Clienti’ which will be limited to just 63 units. The bikes are priced at $78,400 (Rs 67.45 lakh) and $100,000 (Rs 86.04 lakh), respectively.

A Bespoke Masterpiece
The Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini shares the same engine and underpinnings as the normal Panigale V4 but has received some changes to make it even more desirable. The first thing you will notice is the paint scheme, which is a mix of green highlights and black - similar to the car on which it is based on - the venerable Revuelto, Lamborghini’s first hybrid supercar. The bike gets the ‘63’ number on the front, side and rear in green highlights, which adds a nice touch of contrast to the all-carbon fibre body panels exclusive to this model. The number ‘63’ has a massive significance for Lamborghini as it signifies the year in which the brand was born - 1963. You will also see the black and green colours on the TFT display when you start the screen.
Physical changes include a new set of aluminium forged wheels, which look similar to the ones on the Lamborghini Revuelto. It also gets a redesigned tail section, winglets, an Akrapovic exhaust, adjustable footpegs, billet aluminium brake and clutch levers, a billet aluminium racing fuel cap, and a semi-open carbon fibre clutch cover. These changes allow the Panigale V4 Lamborghini to make 218.5PS (2.5PS more than the V4) while just weighing 185kg kerb (2kg less than the V4 S).
The goodies don’t end there, you get a special bike cover, a dedicated delivery box, a paddock stand, a Dainese leather jacket (exclusive to the North American Customers), an Arai helmet and a customized leather racing suit.
For The Select Few
While the Panigale V4 Lamborghini is already quite exclusive, Ducati has launched the even more limited Panigale V4 Lamborghini Speciale Clienti. With only 63 units being made, it gets the same equipment as the Panigale V4 Lamborghini. It is reserved for only those who already own a Lamborghini Revuelto, and can have the same colour scheme on their Ducati as well.
Customizations do not end there, as one has the opportunity to go beyond the livery to include the seat, brake calipers, logos, wheels, and the windscreen in the colour of their choice. It will also get a custom engraving on the steering plate, and the rear stand will be painted in the same livery as that of the bike.
ZigSays
Both the Italian brands have the same ideology - to stand as a benchmark of performance, so this collaboration is truly a sight to behold. That said, this isn’t their first rodeo as they already brought the Streetfighter V4 and Ducati Diavel in their past collaborations. However, this is the first time for the Panigale to get such bespoke upgrades and equipment. It is very unlikely that Ducati will ever launch either of the special editions in India, but we do get the Panigale V4 and the V4 S, which are more than capable themselves.
