The Mahindra Thar Roxx becomes the world’s first SUV to feature Dolby Atmos 4-channel immersive audio. The superior sound system will be available with the top-spec AX7 L variant only and will be equipped with the Harman Kardon 9-speaker system. The SUV also comes with integrated Gaana music streaming.

Furthermore, Mahindra has announced that they have increased the production of the Thar Roxx in response to the high demand for the SUV.

The Thar is not just top-notch in the music department, but is also the best-equipped off-roading SUV among rivals. Its top features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, automatic climate control, a wireless phone charger, panoramic sunroof, keyless entry, cruise control, and ventilated front seats. 

Passenger safety is taken care of by a 360-degree camera, 6 airbags as standard, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill-descent control, front and rear parking sensors, and ADAS. 

Mahindra Thar Roxx: Price And Rivals 

The Mahindra Thar Roxx retails between Rs 12.99 lakh and Rs 23.09 lakh (ex-showroom). It is an alternative to the likes of the Maruti Jimny and Force Gurkha 5-door. 

The Thar Roxx is already an immensely popular SUV, and its high number of sales reflects that. Thar Roxx or Thar owners in general are not unaware of the mods, and music systems are a big part of the Thar modification stories.
