No details as to when it launches in India
The Kawasaki Ninja H2 has returned for 2027 with a major mechanical update. The supercharged flagship has been revised to meet the latest Euro5+ emission standards, allowing it to return to European markets. However, the stricter emission regulations have resulted in a significant drop in peak power.

206 PS From A Revised Supercharged Engine
The 998cc supercharged inline-four now produces 206.1 PS at 11,000rpm and 135 Nm. That is around 22 PS less than the previous-generation Ninja H2.
Kawasaki has extensively revised the engine to meet Euro5+ norms. The updates include redesigned pistons, cylinder head, crankshaft, camshafts, throttle bodies, gear ratios, supercharger impeller and intake system. The manufacturer claims these changes also improve low- and mid-range torque.
The previous twin-exit exhaust has also been replaced by a single-exit unit, similar to the setup seen on the H2 SX and Z H2.

More Features And Updated TFT Display
The 2027 Ninja H2 gets an updated instrument cluster featuring an analogue tachometer alongside a TFT display. It also gains updated display themes and smartphone connectivity.
The motorcycle continues to offer an extensive electronics package, including multiple riding modes, traction control, launch control, cornering ABS, an up/down quickshifter, engine-braking control, an electronic Ohlins steering damper and cruise control.

Gets Brembo Hypure Brakes
The Ninja H2's overall design and trellis frame remain largely unchanged, but there are some notable hardware updates. The motorcycle now gets Brembo Hypure four-piston front callipers instead of the previous model's Stylema units.
Suspension continues to be handled by a manually adjustable KYB USD fork and an Ohlins TTX36 monoshock. Despite the mechanical changes, kerb weight remains unchanged at 238 kg.

Price And India Launch
The 2027 Ninja H2 is currently available in the UK, priced at GBP 28,600, equivalent to around Rs 36.90 lakh. Kawasaki will also offer an H2 Carbon variant for GBP 31,350 (around Rs 40.44 lakh), featuring a carbon-fibre-reinforced cowl.
Both versions are offered in a single Mirror Coated Spark Black colour. All said and done, the supercharged bike was discontinued in India in February 2025, and while there is no official announcement whether India will get it or not, we do hope that the Japanese bikemaker brings it back to our shores soon.
