If you are just learning to ride bike, i would not recommend it. It's Wet weight is close to 200kg, i am 5'7' and i am really at home with the bike ergonomics but if you are a new rider you will tend to mount it incorrectly, you will forget about the side stand and trust me the bike doesn't budge if you are mounted on it. So you have to carefully dismount and move the bike around. Better take a test ride and see if you can put the bike on double stand and make your decision because i have seen new riders instantly in sync with heavy motorbikes as well. So it is basically up to you.

Royal Enfield Himalayan is powered by a 411 cc engine. This Himalayan engine generates a power of 24.31 PS @ 6500 rpm and a torque of 32 Nm @ 4000 - 4500 rpm. Moreover, comfort is something that can be best judged personally and varies from person to person so we would suggest you to take a test ride before taking any final decision. You can check the dealer details here.

  • My Royal Enfield Himalayan Adventure

Royal Enfield’s Himalayan has been my steadfast companion on many adventures throughout the rugged terrains of India. Its 411cc engine, producing 24 bhp and 32 Nm of torque, is robust for off roading and smooth enough for highway rides. The bike's higher ground clearance and off road tires have allowed me to explore places I never thought I would ride a bike through. The Himalayan is equipped with a compass and a gear indicator, enhancing its utility as a true adventurer’s ride.
