    Royal Enfield Himalayan offers a refined and a reliable 411cc single-cylinder engine that produces 24.31PS and 32Nm, 0.13PS lower than its BS4 guise. The bike offers spot on ergonomics for touring or standing and riding proving the bike to be extremely comfortable for long distance travelling. However, travelling for a longer timed period without regular intervals is not advisable due to health issues.     You are comparing Japanese brand with Indian brand bhai, RE is not at all reliable because they r now focusing in quantity not quality

    No himalyan is not as reliable as classic 350m kilometers depend on you that how much you can run without break

Q. I want to buy a bike by which I can do city ride as well as touring compatible bike in which I can do little bit offbeat trail too.I am confused between Meteor 350 and Himalayan and H'ness 350. I'm not looking for High speed cruising (90-110kmph cruising speed will be enough). Also, decent cornering ability will be enough. However, I am confused because of Himalayan's chasis breaking and heating issue, Meteor's seating posture and H'ness's stiff suspension.
