People are talking about 30- 50- 60 days delivery i am like... what???? Its been 4 months i booked a himalayan and these royal enfield guys are so blunt in their reply. When i call them to enquire they say that i can cancel the booking... these people sitting in the showroom, they should be taught how to have a decent conversation with the customers. They lack even the basic etiquettes while responding to a query. I will surly upload a video about these guys and how they talk with a hidden camera...

I booked it on 22nd Sep 20- Its more than 2 months and i have no clue about the delivery date. I dropped an e mail to the customer care but all i got was an apology and the entire blame was put on Covid -19. I understand it is not the BAU scenario but when i visited the showroom i found few new bikes delivered there. The newly launched Royal Enfield Meteor 350 was available. WTF?? Hey i have booked Himalayan bs6 on November 20 and yet there is no response. Do i have to rebook the bike?? The company did send me a message stating thanks for waiting, please have patience we will soon let you know about the dilivery dates and they mentioned that they have a surprise for us. The showroom guy said he had no idea about it. I am really confused.

No . They told me company stopped the 2020 model and 2021 model is yet to launch. I'm really frustrated with Royal Enfield. I have no idea why the f**k Royal Enfield doing this to customers. It's almost a month they stopped 2020 model but yet they didn't told the date or price or even they didn't officially told the specification of 2021 model .

No doubt, lockdown may have adverse impact on auto industry but did you checked the RE policy? They won't commit the date of bike delivery but will give receipt. Even if bike is not delivered, RE won't refund your booking amount. My suggestion if you are taking money the. You shd confirm the delivery date as well

I called the customer care no., the guy told me that I have to rebook the bike from the same mobile no., since I booked the older bs6 version(booked on 14th oct 2020). Nothing has been communicated of this type by my dealer to me. Since the bike is launched now, I still don't have any idea about it's delivery.

It's more then four and half month . They are not even sure about the delivery date .I don't for how long I have to wait .Not even a single person have answer to my questions .They gave me maximum waiting time was 3 three month then I call customer care then they ask for one month more .They didn't even inform after their given gets over .Then I call then they again ask for a month and said we will try in this extra month . I've booked RE interceptor 650 on April 28 2021 and they promised me the tentative deliver date of 90 days from the date of booking, and when I spoke to customer service and lodged a complaint about the delay, all they say is due to Covid-19 situation the supply chain is affected and this is totally understandable, okay here's the pain now it's been 4 months 120 days and still 0 update from these guys and I am very frustrated and going out of patience on these guys I might have to sadly cancel now

I booked the 2021 mirage silver Himalayan on Feb 22 2021, the sales team made it very clear it will take upto 4 months on worst case scenario, now the delivery date is revised to August, which will be 6 months, the latest update is RE has called back all the Meteors for Relay issue, for the same process even the Himalayan is called back for inspection. For a moment I feel I have booked a Mahindra Thar(which has a longer waiting period).Frustrated already.

It's about 55 days since i ordered. They told me it will arrive around 45 days. But now they telling that 2020 model is stopped and 2021 is arriving on the 1 st week of march ( it means around 100 days) . I didn't expect this from Royal Enfield.

Or you can ask for the refund from dealer and book online. You will have option to choose dealer at your finger tips. I did just that. As showroom was trying to sell me without engine slump guard and was arguing it comes as accessories...!

The current waiting period is 120 calendar day/4 months. I booked on 18th march and delivery is on 16th July. For other, delivery was halted due to model upgrade. Which is currently available.

Ask for the booking ID number and check with royal Enfield support via email. Also, as the new model was launched in Feb 2021, you should receive your bike soon. May-june.

*update- It also depends upon the state you are booking from, for instance North Eastern(Sikkim, seven sisters) and North Indian(J&k, Himachal, Uttarakhand) bookings have a waiting period of over 6 months. Happy riding!
