Recently Asked User Questions

Q. Which is better Bajaj Chetak or Ather 450X?
  • Both the scooters are good in their forte. Bajaj has ushered in a new era of electric mobility with the Chetak electric. Its timeless appeal is only matched by its elegant style and premium fit and finish levels. The Chetak might not be as futuristic or boast of great performance as the Ather 450X, but it does offer an easy urban riding experience. On the other hand, Ather 450X Warp mode works like nothing we've experienced before, is Quick to turn in, and Offers enough range for regular commutes. Balanced chassis with good weight distribution makes the scooter extremely flickable. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and comfort. Click on the link and select your desired city for dealership details.Read more -Ather 450X Gen-2 2,200km Long Term Report: Hoping For A Longer Future.
Q. Which scooter is better Bajaj Chetak or Ather 450X?
  • The Ather 450 is among the most premium and expensive electric two-wheelers on sale in India. The Ather 450 justifies its premium price with its list of features, performance, technology and range. The Ather 450X makes 6kW of peak power and offers a top speed of 80kmph. On the features list, the Ather 450X gets built-in Google Maps as well as digital document storage. Moreover, it also features Bluetooth connectivity enabling music and phone call controls. You also get 4G LTE SIM connectivity. On the other hand, the Chetak features a 4kW BLDC motor and offers two riding modes: Eco and Sport. Apart from its well-rounded design, the Chetak is slightly plain Jane on the feature front. It gets an LCD screen, geotagging, geofencing and turn-by-turn navigation. As of now, the Chetak is available only in Bengaluru and Pune which is also a limitation the customers have to face. So if you’re looking at a quick, fun to ride and tech-loaded scooter, the 450X is a no-brainer. But the jump in price is quite significant (Rs 25k more than Chetak) if you want to buy the scooter outright. If you factor in the base scooter with a subscription to the monthly performance packs, it doesn’t sound like a bad deal. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details. Read More:- Ather 450X vs Bajaj Chetak
Q. The Chetak is equivalent to which petrol scooter? What is the battery price?
  • The Bajaj Chetak is seldom going to venture beyond crowded city streets, and in that environment, the motor’s 4.08kW peak power and 16Nm of torque are adequate, putting the Chetak on par with any 110cc scooter out there. Choose bajaj

🚨 **frustrated and disappointed with bajaj chetak ev** 🚨 i purchased a bajaj chetak ev in november 2023.After using it for just 6 months, It suddenly stopped charging.Bajaj replaced the charging unit, But it took almost two weeks to get it fixed. Now, After barely two weeks of use, The vehicle is damaged again.I am beyond furious and disappointed with the ridiculous service bajaj offers.I had utmost faith in this brand when i bought the vehicle, But i never imagined i would face such issues. My sincere request to anyone planning to buy an ev: **do not choose bajaj chetak.**.

    Refreshing the old looks

Bajaj Chetak is a good riding companion but I personally didn't like the looks and the performance of this scooter. however the riding range is appreciable but the comfort level decreases the experience. it has a top speed of 73 kmph. there is no doubt and its build quality and sitting position is also good. if you want a modernistic and stylish scooter then you can go for any other option.

carry on the legacy with bajaj

My Bajaj Chetak is an electric scooter designed for comfortable and stylish city riding. The Chetak can be charged using a standard home socket (slow charger) or a fast charger. The Chetak has a claimed top speed of around 70 kmph, which is suuficient for ny college rides. It offers good acceleration for navigating city traffic.

    Better than its competitors

Bajaj Chetak is much better than the Ola and Ather with strong build quality, performance and handling but need features like ABS and fast charging. The performance of this scooter is very high and is more comfortable than Ola S1 Pro but brakes need improvement.

    Good Range

Srivaru Motors Prana is a very good electric bike it has a very good range as well. It covers 225 km per charge which is a very good range. It has an average charging time considering it covers a very large distance in a single charge. The charging time it takes to get fully charged is in 6 hours and 30 minutes. So mostly it will have to be charged overnight.

    Single charge

Srivaru motors prana is an electric bike available at a price range of rs.2.25 lakh to 3.00 lakh in India. It is available in 2 variants and 4 colors. Prana goes 126km in a single charge. The Srivaru motors prana gets disc brakes in the front and rear. It weighs 165 kg. I like the looks of the bike but according to me it is expensive and there are better options.
