- The lazy rake angle and the ridiculously long wheelbase of 1480mm might lead you to believe that the Avenger would have a very vague feeling front end and wouldn’t be a nimble handler. But that really isn’t the case. While it wouldn’t be our first choice for some corner-carving action, the front does feel stable enough through the bends. And it turns rather quickly too. But this agility is a bigger boon in the city, where darting through traffic feels easy enough - a good thing as the Avenger 160 is really more of an urban cruiser than an out-and-out highway tourer. On the other hand, if we talk about FZ-X, compared to the regular FZ-FI, the FZ-X’s handlebars are taller and pulled closer to the rider, and the footpegs have been moved quite a bit forwards. So you end up sitting in a very commuters stance. Combine that with the very soft seat and you’re bound to have a back and butt ache if you spend a long time in the saddle. Then there’s the highway performance. You’ll only be able to maintain speeds of about 80-85kmph comfortably on the highway. Anything faster than that makes the bike feel rather strained. And because of this, highway efficiency, while fairly ok at 48.67kmpl, takes a bit of a hit compared to city efficiency. For a better understanding of performance and riding comfort, we would suggest you take a test ride. - Its fitted with abs..... i used sudden braje when all of sudden a car in front of me applied emergency brake...didnt even skided at all...its all about how hard u hit thr brakes cos the more u hit brakes more pressure applied on abs system
- Yes you'll definitely slip for first few tries, whether you apply both breaks or single.....because of its big surface tyres and also the angle of fork...but once you are used to it ..then it's as smooth to operate as butter
- Kindly refer about ABS before accepting that comment on Avenger 160
- Street variant will give you comfort as you are 5 ft. Handling will be easy in the street variant.
- Take long test drive of both street and cruise and then decide.
- Yes it is . But have a test ride before buying it for better experience.

Best cruiser for long travel especially in highway its just feel like riding a car, I've bought this bike on 1st sep 20 due to covid19 pandemic i am travelling in this bike for 200km daily enjoying the ride its really comfortable i am 5.5ft tall good nodes sound impressive mileage of 55kmpl on national highway, It has very good breaking system thanks to abs, Long bike ride lovers will definitely love this bike as your legs will be stretched as if sitting inside a car, Hence no cramp on leg, I had driven 5000plus km in just 2months time, I have no issue with this bike, Battery is also good even if i am not not started the bike for 4 to 6 days also the battery not got drained.I will suggest this bike for those who really travel long distance specially on national highway plz do go with this little boy.Avenger160.

I own the 2019 Avenger 160 Street ABS from 1.5 Months. Looks wise it is best in its class and if you go for long ride it gives the best seating comfort. You may be thinking that It won"t go fast but I reached 120KMPH speed on it. Before the first service itself it was giving me 37+ Mileage. Yesterday only I am have done with first service to my bike and I am sure I will get 40+ Mileage. -Ve side we speak -1/ Less Power at initial gears (1/2 less power)2/ You have to take all pathholes in the way 3/ Rainy season you have to take full water on the road as the bike is with less height 4/ Length is bit more+ve Sides:1/ Comfort2/ Ground clearance3/ Mileage4/ Looks5/ Modifications you can done in n no of ways

Best for comfort, Milage(52-55) not for racers. You can expect average performance but you won't be unhappy with that.Anybody can ride this bike.Siting position is good, Handling nice, Low maintenance, Metal body. What else you need ? you can go for it if you're not a racer.
