DSK Motowheels unveiled the full range of its Italian superbike brand Benelli in north India by announcing DSK Benelli’s showroom in Delhi.
The new showroom in Delhi - DSK Benelli’s eighth in India - is located in central Delhi, at Faiz Road, Karol Bagh, near Jhandewalan Metro, showcasing the entire range of DSK Benelli superbikes available in India.
The bikes showcased includes the Tornado Naked Tre, or TNT superbikes range, including the TNT 302, with an in-line two cylinder 300cc engine, TNT 600i – with an in-line four cylinder 600cc engine, TNT 600GT – with in-line four cylinder 600cc engine, TNT 899 – in-line three cylinder 898cc engine and the flagship TNT-R – with an in-line three cylinder 1131cc engine.
Speaking at the launch, Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman, DSK Motowheels, said, “Our main focus is to align DSK Benelli’s presence across all strategic locations to generate strong brand eminence. In order to enhance our presence across North India, the country’s capital ‘Delhi’ is an inevitable choice to begin with and is one of our key target markets. Our dealerships will not only act as a platform to sell motorcycles but also as a place for DSK Benelli superbike enthusiasts to interact with other bikers and share their love for the Italian superbiking experience.”

Demand for DSK Benelli bikes have been strong since their launch in India; so much so that the company is ‘unable to meet the demand’, Kulkarni said. The demand is much bigger than the company expected, with majority of enquiries coming in for the TNT 302 and the TNT 600i. DSK Benelli plans to sell 3,000 units by the end of this fiscal.
The entire range of DSK Benelli superbikes are available at the following ex-showroom Delhi prices:
· TNT 302 – Rs. 2,83,000
· TNT 600i – Rs. 5,15,000
· TNT 600 GT – Rs. 5,62,000
· TNT 899 – Rs. 9,48,000
· TNT R (1130) – Rs. 11,81,000
Demand for DSK Benelli has been strong, and the DSK group is betting big on the Benelli brand. So far, sales targets for Benelli bikes are higher than the Korean Hyosung range of superbikes, which are also assembled and sold by DSK Motowheels in India.
In the next phase of expansion, DSK Benelli will launch 12 more dealerships across India, starting with Goa, Gurgaon and other Tier II and Tier III cities, like Raipur, Nashik, Nagpur, Mangalore and Mysore. DSK Benelli will bring in three more new models, starting with a single cylinder 250cc bike early next year – the TNT 25.
