You Can Now Book The Toyota Innova Hycross Top-spec ZX And ZX(O) Variants

Toyota India had halted taking orders for the top-spec Hybrid ZX and ZX(O) variants of the Innova Hycross due to a lag in its supply chain back in May, 2024. But, here comes some good news for all the customer’s who were eyeing the top-spec hybrid variants as Toyota has re-opened bookings for the ZX and ZX(O) variants of the Innova Hycross. 

Toyota Innova Hycross: Overview

The Toyota Innova Hycross is offered in seven broad trim levels namely: G, GX, GX (O), VX, VX (O), ZX, and ZX (O). The first three variants can be had only in petrol powertrain while the rest are offered with a hybrid powertrain. 

The Innova Hycross is a feature loaded MPV which is well equipped with feature niceties such as a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, dual-zone automatic climate control unit, a panoramic sunroof, wireless phone charging, ventilated front seats, keyless entry, push button start/stop and cruise control.

With the ZX and ZX(O) variants being made available again, customers can now have the MPV with all the niceties, including 18-inch alloys, the comfy Ottoman seats for the second row and ADAS features – all of which are limited to the top-spec.

The complete safety kit includes 6-airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, a 360 degree camera with front and rear parking sensors, hill-start assist, tyre pressure monitoring system, electronic parking brake and ADAS features like emergency braking and adaptive cruise control.

Toyota Innova Hycross: Powertrain

The Innova Hycross gets powered by a 2-litre petrol engine which churns out 173 PS and is mated to a CVT automatic transmission. The strong-hybrid powertrain gets mated to a battery pack which churns out 184 PS and is mated to a e-CVT automatic transmission. 

The Innova Hycross price ranges from Rs 19.77 lakh to Rs 30.98 lakh (ex-showroom) and rivals other family haulers like Kia Carens, Mahindra XUV700 and Hyundai Alcazar.
