2025 Honda SP160 is OBD2B compliant-
Engine output changed marginally
Gets a new digital console and navigation
2025 Honda SP160 launched in India; priced from Rs 1,21,951 (ex-showroom). The update brings in OBD2B compliance to the premium 160cc commuter. There are new features and updated colourways on offer.
With the addition of the OBD2B port to the new Honda SP160, there has been a marginal change in output of its 162.71cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine. It now makes 13.18PS and 14.8Nm, as compared to 13.46PS and 14.58Nm. It still gets a 5-speed gearbox.

The new SP160 also gets new features, just like the new SP125 and the Activa 125 – a new 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth smartphone connectivity via a dedicated app. This gives the bike turn-by-turn navigation, voice assist, call & SMS alerts, and music playback control. There’s also a USB type C charging port.
Visually, the bike retains the same silhouette, but has revised paintschemes: Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, and Athletic Blue Metallic. It also now gets an LED headlight and tail-light.
The 2025 Honda SP160 is available in two variants: Single Disc, and Double Disc, which are priced as follows:

Though this is not the first time Honda India has done this. They have been one of the first OEMs to have complied with the BS4 and BS6 norms before they were implemented.
