BMW M 1000 RR Isle Of Man TT Edition Unveiled

Some motorcycles exist to be ridden. This one exists to be owned, remembered, and occasionally ridden very fast. BMW Motorrad has revealed the M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT, a numbered special built in exactly 115 units to mark the 115th running of the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy in 2026.

What is the M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT

This special edition is based on the M 1000 RR M Competition, and has a British Racing Green Uni Matt paint. The left fairing of the bike has the graphics of a few left hand turns of the course, while the right fairing has the same for the right hand turns. This goes on to show the intent of the bike.

The bike's specifications include:

Carbon airbox cover with Mountain Course graphic and TT logo
Satin Chrome aluminium tank with graphic accents
Black Alcantara seat finish
M Race Cover Kit
Black swingarm with TT branding and lettering on the rear frame
Milled sequential numbering on the top yoke, plus a certificate of authenticity

Each unit also ships with an assembly stand mounting, an M motorcycle mat carrying both M and TT logos, and a rear workstand.

BMW's History At Isle of Man TT

BMW's history at the Isle of Man TT spans over 87 years. In 1939, Georg Meier rode the BMW RS 255 Kompressor and won the Senior TT. This feat stands as one of motorcycling's most fabled victories of the course. Then in 2014, Michael Dunlop took a breakthrough win in the 1,000cc class on the BMW S 1000 RR. Fast forward to 2022, Peter Hickman won the Superbike, Superstock, and Senior TT races astride a BMW bike.
