    It all depends upon our driving, precautionery driving is more important for safe driving, constant speed, good maintanance, periodic check ups, tyre pressure etc. leads to good mileage, now all most all Brands Scooters are delivering good mileage. Suzuki Access 125 or TVS Jupiter.

    Vespa And Aprilla is good in terms of safety because of weight and torque so these two will not skids on rainy day on wet roads and TVS ntque is also good having weight 118kgs is good .

    In terms of safety i can't say which is bestBut for milage access 125 is best
