Long a FAVOURITE among riders, The honda activa 125 is a well-liked scooter today.It is an improved model of the basic activa and comes with a more potent engine and a few extra features.As an owner and rider of the activa 125, I can attest that it lives up to the brand's reputation and has a number of upgrades that set it apart from the competition.Performance: the activa 125 has a 125cc engine, Which has enough power for most city commutes and sporadic highway trips.Smooth acceleration makes the scooter feel secure as it passes other cars.Also important for daily commuting is the engine's fuel efficiency, Which provides a respectable mileage.Ride comfort and stability: the activa 125 provides a smooth, Comfortable ride.To ensure a smooth ride even on uneven roads, The telescopic front suspension and the rear monoshock absorber do an excellent job of absorbing bumps and potholes.Large 12-inch wheels on the scooter increase stability and improve handling and maneuverability overall.Design and construction: honda gave the 125 a sleek and contemporary look by maintaining the iconic activa design language.The scooter feels well-built and has good fit and finish, Which gives the rider confidence.Even on lengthy trips, Passengers can remain comfortable thanks to the wide, Well-padded seat.Ride comfort and stability: the activa 125 provides a smooth, Comfortable ride.To ensure a smooth ride even on uneven roads, The telescopic front suspension and the rear monoshock absorber do an excellent job of absorbing bumps and potholes.Large 12-inch wheels on the scooter increase stability and improve handling and maneuverability overall.Storage: the activa 125 has a spacious under-seat compartment that can hold a full-face helmet as well as some other items.The scooter also has a front hook for carrying a bag or other small items, Which makes it more functional.Safety and braking: the scooter has a combined braking system (cbs), Which ensures improved stability in cases of abrupt braking.The cbs system improves overall braking performance by distributing braking force between the front and rear wheels.The scooter also has tubeless tires, Which lessen the possibility of a sudden deflation in the event of punctures.The honda activa 125 is an all-around scooter that shines in terms of comfort, Performance, And usefulness.Urban commuters and those looking for a dependable and effective mode of transportation should choose it.While it fulfills the majority of requirements, Some riders might be without a few high-end features found in other scooters in this class.

I'll get straight to the point by stating some pros and cons of my activa 125 which i bought in january 2022.Pros:1.Engine is very refined.Performance gets better as you notch up more kms in your odo2.Parts are easily available in many workshop garages with plenty of mechanics already experienced in repairing honda activas from the past years.A very trusted mechanic of mine says that honda activas are easiest to repair with less to no hassle in finding parts.3.Low maintenance cost.4.Good body built quality 5.Might not have the best acceleration compared to other scootys in this range but it sure does have a lot of strength riding uphill even while carrying passenger.Cons:1.Does not have the best suspension, Gets bumpy unnecessarily which is also one of the reason i say the scooty has good body built quality cos if it were some other scooty, I'd have heard new creaks and sounds emerging from the body.Only one slight problem is that both the front and rear brake levers has become loose which creates rattling sound due to vibration as the scooty accelerates from idle speed or when it gets bumpy.No negative affect on brake performance though.2.Average mileage- it currently gives 44.3kmpl and i drive mostly on city roads.3.Led headlights could've been better4.Cabin space is average, Not small but definitely average.5.Other brands are giving much more advanced features at same or lower prices like usb charging, Cabin light.Conclusion: even with a less powerful acceleration and absence of additional features like usb charging etc.I still opted for honda activa 125 despite knowing all it's shortcomings because there is no scooty that has an engine which is as refined as it, Nor the reliability.You will get other scootys that has better like with more loaded features as the same price range or even lower but so far, I don't think there is any other scooty in the same price range that has a better engine or a more reliable product quality a honda activa offers.Cheers!.

Honda activa 125 fi bs6 driving is very smooth, Good road grip.Disc brakes are much better than drum brakes.Mileage in city limits can be up to 48 kmpl.Suspension is good.Pick up is better than 110cc models.Build quality of metal parts is ok.Particularly fuel tank lid is worst quality.Anyone can break it easily.After sales service is worst in bangalore.No one cares about customer.Maintainance cost is high.You can't get it serviced at local garage.It is built such that customer must go to service centre for even very small problem.You won't get small parts.If tail lamp glass is broken, You need to replace entire set.Sometimes you may feel buying new scooter is cheaper than service.Accessories are not of good quality.Particularly guard.Battery will have frequent trouble.It won't last for 3 years also.Tata power battery given with scooter is very expensive and not up to the mark.If battery is weak, You won't get even headlights.Whatever premium features are given, They work only if battery is in full power.Overall worst after sales service.Mobile charger, Inner box could have been provided at this much expensive scooter.Overall a costly thing to own.

I liked the honda activa 125 the most when compared with all similar in the segment.First, The look and appearance: it looks really good in all color option, The drl is designed perfectly and the light is also very good.Leg space: the front leg space is really well enough that i can use it for two water cans of 20 litres or one gas cylinder.Seat: seat is also comfortable, I had travelled about 180 kms to goa without a problem.Start: the silent start feature is awesome.Auto stop engine: it takes ~3seconds to stop engine at the signal while no need to turn off, Just accelerate and move on later.Performance: it is one of the best in the segment.Storage: storage capacity is also good, I usually carry raincoat and helmet all the time.Fuel tank: the fuel can be filled directly without opening the seat, It is provided outside and it can have upto 5.3 litres which is sufficient for ~300kms.Mileage: with bs vi engine, I am getting mileage of 58+ on decent driving speed between 40-60 km/hr.These all are pros feature.One thing which i miss is pillion support, If this comes with pillion soft cushion at the back.

I am a customer of Activa and I recently bought Activa 125 bs6 drum model in July 2022 at did motors, Chennai when using it faced a heating issue ( when riding heat releasing under the leg space and its surroundings particularly near the side stand area and in the balancing point and mileage also very poor. We reported to Activa customer care and no proper action was taken still heat releasing is there I am not satisfied with this product and will not suggest or recommend it to anyone. Waste of money. Great disappointment.

The ride is very smooth and also gives a mileage on 60+kmpl on highways and 45+kmpl on city roads and the major drawbacks are the stiff suspension which makes your back ache on long rides.

Fattu scooter hai 35 km chalane ke baad, Engine se jalne ka smell aane laga, Worst pickup and break, Sirf mileage pe market tika hai, Waste of money.

Overall my experience about this bike riding is totally good i like this bike from my small age and after all i buy it it is good pick up with 47 to 48 km mileage per litre i think it is good for pick up have a good indian in low low price and comfortable to sit and drive anyone easily breaking system is also good but it can be more stronger there is not too much high service cost easily we can't use it services we can get easily our vehicle in normal areas like city normal we don't need any highly recommended showroom to make service i think it is 5 star bike every one needs my experience is too much good
