Honda recently launched the 2025 Shine 125 in India. With a price tag of Rs 84,493 (ex-showroom Delhi), there are some other two-wheelers too, that one can consider over the Shine 125. Lets have a closer look at the other options.
Price - Rs 74,691 (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Jupiter is a family scooter from TVS, which gets some exciting design elements making it look quite interesting. It gets a 113cc single cylinder engine which makes 8.02PS and 9.2Nm. This is quite a refined motor and offers a smooth power delivery. It gets a telescopic fork and a monoshock. For braking duties it gets a front disc and rear drum brake setup along with CBS (Combined Braking System). The Jupiter is quite a practical scooter and it gets a 33-litre underseat storage along with a front cubby hole. Another convenient feature is the front mounted fuel filler cap. In terms of features it gets a LCD screen and supports turn-by-turn navigation.
Price - Rs 89,999 (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Ola S1 X is Ola’s affordable family scooter. It looks quite good with its unibody type design and interesting looking front frascia. It is offered in 3 battery pack options: 2kWh, 3kWh and 4kWh. The motor makes 7kW of maximum power with a claimed top speed of 115kmph for the 3kWh battery pack. It gets a telescopic front fork and rear monoshock. Braking duties are taken care of, by a front disc and rear drum brake setup with CBS. In terms of features it gets a colour LCD instrument cluster and shows all the crucial information along with turn-by-turn navigation, SMS and call alerts and music controls. For practicality the S1X gets a 34-litre underseat storage which is quite spacious for the segment.
Price - Rs 82,617 (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Xoom 110 is a sporty commuter scooter from Hero MotoCorp. It has a sharp and sporty design language which makes it look quite appealing. It gets a 110.9cc single cylinder engine and makes 8.15PS and 8.70Nm. It's not the most powerful scooter in the segment but still manages to provide a balance between performance and efficiency. In terms of features it gets a fully digital instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity and allows SMS and call alerts. It gets a telescopic fork and a monoshock. It has a front disc and rear drum brake for braking duties. For practicality the Xoom 110 gets a 19-litre underseat storage and a USB charging port.
Price - Rs 85,010 (Drum Variant) (ex-showroom Delhi)
The TVS Raider 125 is a sporty looking 125cc commuter motorcycle. It gets some striking colour options too which goes well with the overall design. It gets a 124.8cc, single cylinder air-cooled engine which makes 11.38PS and 11.22Nm. It is quite a powerful engine for the segment and offers enough grunt for city usage. It uses a telescopic fork and an adjustable rear monoshock. It gets an LED headlight along with an LCD digital cluster that shows speed, gear position indicator, fuel, service reminder and trip meter. The TVS Raider is one of the quickest motorcycles in its segment with a claimed 0 to 60kmph time of 5.9 seconds while weighing just 123kg. It gets drum brakes front and rear drum brakes for the base variant whereas the higher variants get a front disc brake setup.
Price - Rs 93,300 (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Suzuki Access 125 is a premium looking family scooter. It offers a perfect blend of retro modern design language. It is powered by a 124cc, single cylinder engine which makes 8.7PS and 10Nm. It is a super refined and efficient engine. It gets a telescopic front and rear monoshock along with a front disc and rear drum brake setup. In terms of features the Access 125 gets a fully digital instrument cluster which shows all the crucial information and supports smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth. It shows turn-by-turn navigation and SMS/call alerts. The Access also gets all LED lights for 2025. For practicality the Access offers a 24.4-litres of underseat storage. Along with a front cubby hole with a USB charging port for added convenience.
