The TVS Jupiter received a generational update recently and is available in four variants: Drum, Drum Alloy, SmartXonnect Drum and SmartXonnect Disc. The scooter is available in six colour options: Starlight Blue Gloss, Lunar White Gloss, Meteor Red Gloss, Dawn Blue Matte, Titanium Grey Matte and Galactic Copper Matte.
The scooter gets a dark blue paint job which matches really well with the blacked-out accents on the front apron, side panel and the tail section. The Startlight Blue Gloss is available in the Drum Alloy, SmartXonnect Drum and the SmartXonnect Disc variants.

The Lunar White Gloss colour scheme does a good job of highlighting the scooter’s design lines. It is available in the Drum and Drum Alloy variants.

The Meteor Red Gloss paintjob makes the scooter look quite shiny and adds a glamorous touch to the whole design. This colour option is available in the Drum and Drum Alloy variants.

The Dawn Blue Matte makes the scooter pop and gives quite a youthful vibe to it. It is available in the SmartXonnect Drum and SmartXonnect Disc variants.

The Titanium Grey Matte gives a very subdued look to the scooter and combined with the black accents, the grey paintjob makes the scooter look rather dull compared to the other colour schemes. It is available in the Drum and Drum Alloy variants.

This colour scheme has a sombre tone to it and the slightly cooper-peach paint scheme balances it out pretty well. It is available in the SmartXonnect Drum and SmartXonnect Disc variants.

The TVS Jupiter’s prices start from Rs 73,700 and it is powered by a 113.3cc, single-cylinder engine producing 8.02PS and 9.2Nm. The suspension setup consists of a telescopic fork and a monoshock. In terms of features, it gets an LCD instrument console that shows speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, distance to empty, average fuel economy, clock and other readouts. The SmartXonnect Drum and SmartXonnect Disc variants get Bluetooth connectivity for navigation, call and SMS alerts and voice assist. The Jupiter rivals the Honda Activa and the Hero Pleasure.
