Renault Kiger Debuts

The Renault Kiger has been launched in India. The sub-4m SUV is based on Renault-Nissan’s CMF-A+ platform. The Kiger packs a raft of features and offers adequate space for four occupants. 

VW Polo And Vento Get Yet Another Edition

Volkswagen India has launched the Polo and Vento Turbo edition. Based on the Comfortline variant, both models pack a host of cosmetic upgrades and the 110PS 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine. The Polo Turbo edition is also one of the most affordable cars with a turbo-petrol engine.

The Bavarian carmaker has launched the new entry-level SportX variant for the X3 petrol. While it does lose out on some features found in the range-topping Luxury Line, you’ll be happy to know it’s relatively affordable despite packing all the essentials.

Hyundai could bring its N Line cars to India soon. Our speculation stems from the fact that the Hyundai i20 N Line was spotted testing in Chennai. Mind you, this ain’t the fully blown i20 N but a sportier looking i20 with more oomph and a few performance-oriented tweaks.

Two New Supercars Break Cover

Porsche has revealed the 911 GT3, the track-focussed variant of the 911. It’s lighter than the standard model, gets carbon fibre to keep weight in check, and packs a 4.0-litre flat six-boxer motor that revs all the way up to 9,000rpm! 

ZW-McLaren-Artura

In other news, McLaren has revealed the Artura, the successor to the legendary 570S. It’s the carmaker’s first series-production hybrid that combines a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 and an electric Car. The Artura is also mighty quick, doing 0-100kmph in just 3 seconds.
