Harley-Davidson Inaugurates Merchandise Store At Mumbai Airport

Mach-1 Harley-Davidson is the American bike makers first merchandise only store in India and is located at the Mumbai Airport Departures, Terminal 2.

Harley-Davidson announced that it has inaugurated a new merchandise showroom at the Mumbai Airport. The new Mach-1 Harley-Davidson is the first of its kind merchandise store for the American bikemaker in the Indian market. The Mach-1 Harley-Davidson is located at Mumbai Airport Departures, Terminal 2 and is spread over 500 sq. ft. Official Harley-Davidson merchandise, gifts and collectibles will be on sale at the new store.

Commenting on the launch, Vikram Pawah, Managing Director, Harley-Davidson India said, “We are thrilled to launch the Harley-Davidson showroom offering the most exclusive and iconic merchandise to Harley enthusiasts. We are now striding towards bringing the brand closer to the people who someday aspire to own a Harley, offering them a taste of the true Harley-Davidson lifestyle known world over. Charting out every customer touch point, we aim to connect with and make the brand more accessible to a growing aspirational audience, welcoming them to the Harley family.”

Currently the iconic American bikemaker has presence in 22 cities across India which is among the highest for premium motorcycle brand in the Indian market. Given the cult following that the Harley-Davidson enjoys among both bikers and non-bikers we can see more such merchandise stores being setup in India. Over the last year, Harley-Davidson India has opened dealerships in various cities including Ludhiana, Surat, Kochi, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Calicut, Nagpur and Guwahati.
