The MX3 Pro sits bang in between the 3XO’s variant lineup and packs niceties like a 10.25-inch infotainment and a single-pane sunroof

The recently launched Mahindra XUV3XO is available in nine broad trims: MX1, MX2, MX2 Pro, MX3, MX3 Pro, AX5, AX5L, AX7 and AX7L. During the unveiling ceremony, we got to take a glimpse at the 3XO’s MX3 Pro variant, which sits bang in between the variant lineup. And in this gallery, we’ll be giving you a glimpse of what this variant packs.

Exterior

Mahindra XUV 3XO MX3 Pro Front

The MX3 Pro looks similar to the top-end variant as it packs the same gloss black trim and LED headlights with DRLs. A point to note is that this variant is the entry point for LED lighting. The only miss here is LED fog lamps, a feature that is limited to higher-end variants.

In profile, you’ll notice that the 3XO MX3 Pro sits on stylised 16-inch steel wheels that mimic an alloy. It gets body coloured door handles and a blacked-out finish for the C-pillar and ORVMs, but misses out on roof rails.

At the rear, the 3XO gets the highlight design touch, which is the connected tail lamp setup. However, keen-eyed viewers will notice the absence of a rear washer and wiper as well as a roof-mounted spoiler, both of which are reserved for the higher-end variants.

Interior

Step inside this XUV 3XO’s mid-spec variant and you’ll notice that the seats get fabric upholstery as opposed to leatherette in higher-end variants. The design and the black/beige theme is the same, but keen-eyed viewers will notice the electronically operated manual AC controls are the same as the outgoing model as are the analogue dials with a multi-info display.

Mahindra XUV 3XO MX3 Pro Sunroof

And yes, this being a mid-spec variant, you don’t get a panoramic sunroof. But Mahindra has been generous enough to plonk in a single-pane unit here, which should satisfy most customers.
