Also, the Scram 411 has been spotted with alloy wheels

Hot on the heels of the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 and the Scrambler 650 being spotted just a few days ago, the upcoming Shotgun 350 has been spied. And this time, we have gotten a glimpse of how the exhaust is going to sound!

The Shotgun 350 gets a slash-cut exhaust and it has a more guttural sound than that of the Classic 350, upon which the motorcycle is based. It is not as throaty as a typical bobber but it sounds like it is enough to give the motorcycle a distinct appeal. But we will reserve our  judgement till the time we see the motorcycle in the flesh.

Apart from the exhaust note, we already have a fair idea of the details spotted in these images from previous instances. We already know that it’ll get ape-hanger handlebars and the white-walled tyres from when the motorcycle was spotted a few months ago. The pillion seat could be a removable unit to give the Shotgun 350 a true-blue bobber appeal and the rear fender is attached to the wheel. These details were also spotted in some spy shots that surfaced in an earlier instance

The upcoming Shotgun 350 gets an LED headlight, similar to that of the Super Meteor 650 and blacked-out engine casing and hardware components, which were spotted just a few weeks ago

The Shotgun 350 will be powered by the same J-series single-cylinder, 349cc, air-cooled engine producing 20.2PS and 27Nm found in the Classic 350, Meteor 350 and Hunter 350 but the ignition mapping is expected to be different.

Royal Enfield is gearing up to launch the 2023 Bullet 350 on August 30, 2023. The Shotgun 350 is expected to be launched by mid-2024 with a price tag of Rs 2.2 lakh, ex-showroom and will rival the Jawa Perak and 42 Bobber

In other news, the Royal Enfield Scram 411 has been spotted with alloy wheels. The design of the wheels is a bit similar to the ones found in the Super Meteor 650 but sleeker. Other than the alloy wheels, the rest of the bike appears to be the same. The Scram 411, on sale right now, gets 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels and the new variant should get similar sized wheel setup. Because of the alloy wheels, the Scram 411 will now come with tubeless tyres.

The new variant with alloy wheels could command a Rs 10,000 premium over the Rs 2,08,593 (ex-showroom) price tag of the spoke-wheeled Scram 411. We expect the new model to make its debut in the coming months.
