The Grand i10 is powered by a 1.2-liter petrol and a 1.2-liter diesel motor making the force of 83PS/114Nm and 75PS/190Nm respectively. Both the engines come mated to the 5-speed manual transmission with petrol guise featuring the additional convenience of automatic gearbox. There’s no diesel automatic on offer like the Ignis, sadly.

Yes, there is automatic. It is good to drive for city use. Only cons in i10Grand automatic is, you will feel a lag while gear change and mileage is pathetic.
The mileage will depend on the way it is maintained and your driving style as well. It will be difficult to give a proper verdict without checking the actual condition. So, we would suggest you to contact the authorised service centre to get your car fully inspected as they will be the better person to guide you in this matter. Moreover, in order to improve the mileage, we would suggest you to drive slower. Driving fast or sudden acceleration can reduce your fuel efficiency by up to 33% if you are traveling above 60 kmph. Changing the fuel filter on a regular basis will ensure that your car runs smoothly by letting only fuel into the engine instead of other residue from the tank and a clean air filter promotes better combustion which optimizes fuel economy. The tire pressure should be checked at least monthly because properly inflated tires can improve fuel efficiency by up to 3%. Turning off air conditioner in city driving reduces stress on your engine which increases fuel economy greatly. Whether you use synthetic of natural oil, using an additive can improve fuel efficiency by up to 15%.
If you don't care about the mileage and mostly prefer city driving go for Automatic, but if you think you are someone who wants to get out on the long tours very often then manual it is. (Although it wouldn't make much difference with the mileage )

If you drive more into the city then the automatic transmission is comfortable and convenient whereas on the highways the manual transmission is preferred as during the overtakes manual transmission is more fruitful to obtain higher torque.

Automatic transmission will be very comfortable for driving grand i10
Yes, you can get it fitted but in this case you have to compromise with power. Moreover, it is always recommended to get the CNG kit fitted from the authorized service center so that you can avail the warranty services as well. If you get it installed from some other sources, then it may hamper your warranty. On the other hand, please make sure that the CNG kit that you are installing is RTO approved to avoid future troublesome.

CNG reduces the lifespan of your engine. But some prefer to install CNG. Go for factory fitted one
