It can do long distance touring as the engine can cruise at 110 kmph all day long. However the seat is on the firm side and foot pegs are rear set, so it might get uncomfortable after riding for sometime. You can make some modifications like extra cushion in seat and handlebar riser to make is better, however there are better options available in the market today like Dominar and Mojo if you want to buy a bike just for touring

If by 'best' you mean the engine then yes. Otherwise, its not at all meant for long rides. The seat is small and hard, your knees bend alot which causes alot of fatigue and pain. The engine feels stressed over 100kmph which is not an issue but irritating at times and of course the heavy wind blast since its a naked motorcycle. So overall, do not buy the duke if touring is your main agenda.

Service cost is somewhat similar, 200 is economical and there is not much difference in power output, mileage is obviously more on 200.

Noo don't buy it because it will be a great lose to your family my sister in law bought the same he died with in 2 months Inna bike accident. Please go for some e-bikes not e- scooter . All the best for you purchase be safe while driving
