Q. Is it best for long ride - Duke 200?

Nope if you want to cruise in triple digits speed...The character of Duke 200 is low end power but struggles at the top end so it makes cruising on highway bit difficult.. And also the tank capacity is around 10 liters which is very small you need to keep a eye on petrol bunks for every 200 + kilometers. Also the seat isn't the comfortable one for long rides but for short drives it's quite manageable.. you need a after market air seats for sure if you want to go for an long ride.

Q. Which is better for City ride Duke 200 or Duke 250? My daily riding will be of 20Km with an average speed of 50kmph. My height is 5'8" and age is 18 year.

If you are a beginner level rider, then Duke200 will be the best choice for you. This 200cc machine is no joke and this has some serious pulling power given it is a 200cc engine. the 200 is 30k cheaper than its elder sibling the duke250.i will surely say duke250 will give better mileage when you ride it at 6000 rpm max smoothly. this is because of tuning in the ECU. the power is higher on rpm above 6000. so you need not worry about mileage because both will provide the same in the end.since the duke200 comes with an underbelly exhaust you will love the exhaust sound (i suppose). duke 200 seat height is 20mm lower than 250 which favors you. If you like modifying your machine then you can use that extra 30k to modify your 200cc like adding a fog lamp or changing the mirrors to the bar end which adds to the already sharp and stunning look than just buying a 250cc duke. So you can buy 200cc duke, enjoy your riding and then upgrade to a much higher cc machine like the duke 390 or duke 790 in the future. ENJOY SAFE RIDING:)

Q. Is Duke 250 ABS worth buying? I heard there were issue with air intake and pick up of the bike and there were other issues with engine sound too. Many suggest to go for a Duke 200 or 390 than 250. I am confused. I can't afford 390. My purpose is for daily commute.

I own a D250 and is a very easy maintain m/cy. So far has not faced issues with air intake, unusual sounds from engine or pick-up. Could be a specific issue with someone not maintaining the vehicle properly.

Q. I am going to buy a bike, I am really confused between KTM RC 200 or KTM 200 Duke, you guys suggest me a good bike. I am not a long rider, or a street freak, but the bike has to look stylish.

Looks are subjective and only you can decide on your own..th duke 200 beats the rc200 in comfort and practicality and The rc is track focus bike and the design, handlebars etc everything is set according to that so there won't be offering of comfort and all set to target the immense feel of riding & riding posture, even the smallest bump you can feel it and no matter what & how many techniques you use to drive at end of the long traffic day you end up hurting your wrist & back, coming to track & highway it gives hell lot of fun compared to Duke 200..The duke 200 is practical bike & posture is set in that way completely upright you can drive all day happily with out hurting anything.The suspension setup is Same for both it is on stiffer side but duke 200 is better on p*t holes and speedbraker because of upright posture. On highway the windblast turns the duke 200 down because of street naked design which the RC has the advantage over that.

NS will have higher top speed as Duke has a RPM limiter which restricts its top speed to 137 Kmph in India. However Duke has faster pick-up and you can get higher top speed in Duke bu remapping the ECU or getting a Piggyback ECU modulator

Depends how you ride it.If you ride rash or traffic commute it'll give you 25kmpl.If you ride smooth at constant speed between 60-80 kmph it is capable to give you above 35 kmpl

The Duke 200 will have better mileage because of the smaller engine, service cost should be similar, however since Duke 200 has a fiber tank versus the metal tank on duke 250, Duke 200 should be cheaper to repair if you crash the bike or have an accident.

Q. I am from middle class family should i buy the ktm duke 200 .. for one time investment . Bcz i can't spend hug money on maintenance ... Or should i go for any other option ????

I dnt think the maintenance put hole in pocket. if you r college student or non working guy please go with yamaha and honda which ain't did deep your pocket.basically keep in mind that every motorcycle need to be maintained at regular intervals it takes what it need. so no Maintanqnce free bikes available
