I every one, I purchased hero vida v1 pro on 5th feb & driven it 10k upto today.As real world mileage 100 km with ecco mode with pillion driving i get but the worst happening that now my vida doesn\'t fast charge on charging station.I think it\'s battery is getting heated on fast charging as everyday i run 100 km & try fast charging but it slowly not now charging fast & taking 5 hours to complete on fast charging.Service centre says cloud problem which he lies i know & call centre says go to service centre.It\'s a big issue but as it not looks hero motocorp ready to accept battery heating problem & now my known 10 people also having the same who maximum fast chage.It\'s more than 55 days complaining through all channel & going with this pain.Now thinking to take legal action.Any one others if getting fast charging slow than contact me, So we can question hero motocorp or vida team.
