TVS Scooty Pep Plus Service User Reviews

To the managertvs motorshii am to inform you that i purchased a tvs scooty pep plus during the month of july 2020.Right from the beginning there was a pick up problem as i am about 60 years old slow pick up was not bothering me much.Later during november 2020 there was a fault in the oscillator.I can start the bike but the bike is not moving it is not runnin as there was an oscillator issue.Then i sent the vehicle to the ramkay agency aadayar chennai where i purchased the vehicle.I also informed it to the tvs customer care.There was no response from tvs side then again there was an error with the oscillator during the month of april 2021 within a short period of three monthsi have purchased the vehicle during july 2020 and it is quite amusing to see a new bike getting problem with the oscillator within six months period.The tvs company has given a bike with production fault.I have been using bikes for nearly 20 years i have not seen any bike facing oscillator cutting off or rusted within a period of one year.This is definitely due to production fault only.Then again now during the month of june 2021 the battery is not working.I am not able to start the vehicle with battery.Even the kick starter it is very difficult to start.It is not starting very easily.It is not even one year completed since i purchased the vehicle.It is quite shocking to know that the so called tvs company is producing such default vehicles.So i request that the tvs company shoul replace the bike with a new bikemoreover the ramkay is also not doing the service properly.The ramkay agency will do free service only for one year after that if there is any fault with the bike i will have to run to the mechanic as the tvs company has given me a bike with production fault.Though i intimated it to the customer care on 24.04.2021 there is no response from tvskindly do the neeedful ot i will be approaching consumer court seeking justice and if any untoward happens while driving the vehicle tvs company is responsible for the same regardsl.Rajendra prasad8056080845.

I bought tvs scooty pep last year in the month of september 2020.Since it delivery, Its create lots of problem.Its not starting by button start, Almost after 3 free servicing, Its creating new problems.I complain dealer about it, But after repairing also newer problems are occurring, I thought i made mistake by buying this scooty in covid period, Its a default piece i got from the dealer or from tvs company.This vehicle consumes two much petrol, Dealer salesman told me while buying that now petrol is directly connect to engine.There is no corroborator, So you should be cautious after fuel meter arrow reach red line you should immediately fill petrol otherwise it will stops running.I service this vehicle several times in six month, But after changing wire now back wheel is jam.So don't buy this tvs scooty pep new version, If you buy, You will be in total mess.

When I drive this bike, according to me it has great mileage of about 55 kmpl . It comes in classic and cute design. It's performance is peppy for city rides, easy to handle due to lightweight . People enjoy the easy riding experience and low maintenance. It's speed is good for city speeds, not ideal for highways. It is a affordable two-wheeler option. TVS service network is generally good. It costs low maintenance . According to me , it lacks power for high speeds.

We have been using it for last 10 years.It is a very good bike for your daily use for short distances (up to 10kms.).Service charges are ok.It has seldom given a major problem which is great considering it is always parked on an open space and exposed to sun and rains all the time.

I have driven scooty pep and it is worth a bike for girls and ladies specially due to it's very low kerb weight.It has a good mileage as well and service cost is very reasonable.I recommend this bike if you are a new driver.
