Suzuki Access 125 Warranty User Reviews

I have black acess 27 days old according to service criteria i gone to service center they wer working like not interested even didn't listen my problems properly and told me that come at 4 pm i have a issue of noice of headlight glass when they delivered my problems has not resolved and second day i want to visit and did the same thing.Acess in not good the vibration of front while applying front break.It is not resolved by company and starter is also very noisable and long so slowly it will damage bandex and gear of starter.And extended warranty is given only in 60000 km after that company is not liable to pay and demages.🙃.

Initially the bike was good for one year.Later starting trouble comes both in button and kick start, Scooter will stops itself if we didn’t accelerate and even after did service on that it’s continued the same problem, Showroom said need to change some parts to fix the issue and it’s coming under warranty.Wondering why they did manufactured some unreliable parts.I never used a bike scooter like this kind of staring trouble.Suzuki need to improve on that.

Vehicle is really good in driving pickup and comfort.Only problem is battery in bs6 models.My battery dried in 3 months.And the worst part was after sales service.Warranty claim was a headache for the battery.The suzuki authorised service station owner is telling battery is not our product.Giving a non standard battery vendor address who take charges for battery replacement in even warranty period.!!!!.

Instead of kam peeta hai we can say that peete reheta hai.Really a bad experience with suzuki access 125.I have bought it in 2019 and never i get a mileage more than 35 sometimes only 30.The wonder thing is that authorized service center is also failed to fix this during warranty period.My opinion is simply go for any other vehicle which is performing better than this.

Not worth mony.I buy this scotter after 6 th month battery life gone.Warranty also issue.Don't buy this scooter.Failure on the battery.
