Suzuki Access 125 Service Centre User Reviews

I brought Suzuki access 125 BS6 on 1st Feb 2020 and just after nearly 2 weeks we started facing problem with the scooter relating to the starter and kick . Our mechanic told us that the battery of the scooter is total spoiled and replacement of the battery is must . We seeked help of the Suzuki access service centre but they haven't give us a favourable response til date even after visiting them 3 times. I'm surprised how Suzuki is providing their customers with scooters that aren't electronically well checked and also their service isnt upto date . Totally dissatisfied. Would never recommend anybody to go for Suzuki henceforth.

It's been 10 months.I purchased it last year in dec battery was bad but when i went to service centre they gave me a a letter to give it to exide house and they gona provide me new battery.I took me around 6 hours but issue got resolved in one go.Overall going well good performance.I have also replaced the rear shock absorber with a tvs one for better performance but i totally depands on personal preferences.I have completed 10000 km in just 10 months i mean its alot.I have done few long trips like 200 to 250 km trip.It never let me down.

The odometer keeps going off, Have to take it to service centre for repair.In one year almost 15 trips to service centre for the same issue.Even the service people don't know how to fix it.Company's response is also pathetic.Unsatisfactory response to resolving the issue.I love my scooty but after the nuisance i have to go through every third month.I loathe the suzuki bikes.I haven't been able to calculate the mileage after 1 year cuz the odometer stops working before the tank empties.

My experience with access 125 is just worst.It has many issues like scooter stopping in middle of ride.Never know when it will stop and not able to start it even kick start won't work.Battery exhausted within first 6 months of scooter purchase.These are the issues faced even with timely service and low usage of vehicle.Have seen many customers face the same issues at authorised service centers.Won't suggest this scooter to anyone.Service centers are not good as well.

This is worst scooter.Within 4 momths of owning it doest start by self start.When visited service centre they say its problem in all bs6 models.They just charge the battery and gibe bike back which works for a month and problem starts again.Domt ever buy of yoi domt want frustation in life.

Worst moped ever bought since my purchase 17-1-21 i have to craul to service centre again and again still problem is not solve.And these people are charging heavily on every repair.

All we know kam pita hai but one condition har 2 mahine service kro just like oiling, Service, Engine oil 10000 kp per brake pad clean kro bas phir butter jaise chale gii aur service centre jane ki zarurat bhi nhi pade gii ye sab khud bhi kr sakte ho

Suzuki 125 is a great scooty.I have access 125 best mileage best performance and this scooty is awesome suzuki service centre is best from another company service centres i love suzuki vehicles.
