Skoda Superb 2026

The Skoda Superb premium sedan has been revealed at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo. It will be launched in the Indian market in 13 June 2026. The Toyota Camry rival is now in its fourth generation, bringing notable design updates and a wealth of added features on board catering to the cash-heavy buyers on our shores. It is expected to come in multiple variants and could use the familiar powertrain setup with a 2-litre turbo petrol engine and a 7-speed direct shift gearbox.

Features: The Skoda Superb is loaded with plenty of features including a 10-inch digital driver’s display, 13-inch free-floating touchscreen system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof, automatic climate control, ventilated and heated seats, a head-up display, powered front seats with massage function, wireless phone charger with cooling function and ambient lighting. For safety it gets as many as multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), and a full suite of level-2 ADAS features including turn assist, emergency steering assist, auto emergency braking and cross-road assist.

Engine: Internationally it gets multiple powertrain options: a 265 PS 2-litre turbo-petrol, a 150 PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol mild hybrid, a 204 PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol plug-in hybrid and a 193 PS diesel engine. For transmission choices, the turbo-petrol plug-in hybrid gets paired to a 6-speed DCT automatic while all the other three powertrain setups get paired to a 7-speed DCT.

Rivals: The Skoda Superb sits in the premium sedan segment in India and rivals the Toyota Camry.
