Automotive paparazzi surrounding the 2023 Tata Nexon facelift are ever vigilant, as the model has been spotted once again, with this particular test mule showing off its production-spec front, heavily influenced by the Curvv concept. The Indian marque has confirmed that the 2023 Tata Nexon facelift will go on sale this festive season.
The 2023 Tata Nexon will get an all-new – and more aggressive – fascia. Add to that the sleek closed off grille with the full-width LED DRL with grooves on either ends, and the result looks really cool!
Below that is a large air dam, flanked by muscular triangular housings that host the LED headlights. Also apparent is a camera right below the Tata logo, suggesting the presence of a 360-degree camera setup.

The overall side profile of the upcoming Nexon looks quite similar to the current car, save for the restyled alloys, as highlighted in previous spy shots. And at the rear, the compact SUV will get snazzier LED tail lamps, connected by an illuminated strip, adding to its premiumness.
The Nexon will get a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and a fully digital driver’s display.
Bits such as a sunroof, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charger, automatic climate control, and cruise control should be carried forward. Its safety should see a boot with the presence of six airbags, while carrying the existing kit such as electronic stability control, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and parking sensors.
The 2023 Tata Nexon is expected to get the carmaker’s new 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine displayed at Auto Expo 2023. It could be mated with a 6-speed DCT with paddle shifters. This engine should join alongside the existing 1.5-litre diesel engine as well as the Nexon’s electric powertrains.
As mentioned above, the 2023 Tata Nexon will debut in the upcoming festive season. It’s expected to command a premium over the current model that is priced from Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom). The 2023 Tata Nexon will renew its rivalry with the Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Nissan Magnite and upcoming facelifted Mahindra XUV300.
