Maruti Suzuki hasn’t revealed the BS6-compliant CNG unit’s fuel efficiency yet. It is likely that this powertrain could find its way under the bonnet of the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso CNG which is undergoing testing.

The carmaker will most likely discontinue diesel engines post April 2020 due to the upcoming BS6 emission norms. However, a BS6 diesel Ertiga has been spotted on test, hinting that Maruti could bring back diesel engines.
