Under the limited period trade in offer, GM India certified engineers, who are stationed at all GM dealerships, will carry out a thorough inspection of the car and offer a market price based on the physical condition, model and year of the car. In addition to that, the customer will also be offered free accessories worth Rs. 10,000 for their new Chevrolet car. The price of the Astra or Corsa will go towards the down payment of the new Chevrolet car.
Speaking about this offer, Mr. P. Balendran, Vice President, General Motors India, said "With the buyback scheme, we are giving an opportunity to our loyal customers to enjoy the Chevrolet experience. Our goal is to continue to reach out to our customers both new and old and provide them the best and the latest cars. The Astra and Corsa were sold for ten and seven years respectively, before introducing Chevrolet brand to India."
As part of the scheme, certain public and private sector banks have entered with unique finance schemes for such customers in order to offer low EMI's and make the offer even more lucrative.
For Astra and Corsa owners, this is a great chance to move on and get top Rupee for your old car. No doubt, your Astra or Corsa might be in great condition, but considering the fact that both models have been discontinued, this program might just be the best place to get a good price on your car.
