Every year, Audi organises the Twin Cup World Championship and teams from several countries around the world compete to outgun each other in different categories. This year, the Audi Twin Cup World Championship celebrates premium service at its best and was held in Portugal’s Algarve region. A total of 71 teams from 36 countries had qualified this year in their national competitions for the final of the After Sales World Championship. In the two-day final round, participants demonstrated their skills in diagnostics and repairs as well as in customer treatment.
The Indian arm of the German car firm participated and bagged good results in the final round of the Audi Twin Cup 2016. Audi India finished fourth in the Technology category and bagged the eighth position in Service category. The team had members from Audi’s Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Kochi, Mumbai South, and Mumbai West outlets.
Speaking on the occasion, Joe King, head, Audi India said, “Our teams displayed outstanding technical know-how and consistent customer focus, this honor validates our strength in the after-sales service in India. We have invested extensively in training and our initiatives over the years for strengthening our service levels have worked wonders. It is a matter of great pride for us that Audi Twin Cup has recognized the customer service excellence of Audi India teams. Customer satisfaction and Customer delight continue to be the core of our strategy and Audi India will continue to focus on the ownership experience and ensure that every touch point is executed in a way that’s relevant and meaningful to today’s customer”.
