Watch An Ather 450X Giving A Tow To A Tata Nexon EV

Range anxiety has always been a thing of concern with EVs, right? The fact that you might not have enough juice left in your electric scooter, bike, or car to reach your destination does sound like a scary scenario. Well, one EV owner did encounter such a situation when his Tata Nexon EV ran out of juice. But, thankfully, there was a person riding a scooter that gave the Nexon EV owner a tow, probably to the nearest charging station. And the scooter in question is the Ather 450X.

Ather showed its playful nature when it retweeted the video with the caption saying that they’ve got Tata’s back. With both vehicles being EVs, this is a classic case of friends helping each other. This whole thing did turn out to be a funny affair though. We just hope the Ather itself didn’t run out of juice while giving a tow to the Nexon EV. 

While range anxiety is a thing with EVs, most EVs today have enough to commute in the city and also on the highways. In another news, Ather has announced that it’ll expand to Nepal and the 450X will be made available for sale in Kathmandu soon. Also, Ather has tied up with Vaidya Energy to start setting up the Ather Grid Fast Chargers across Nepal in the coming days.
