Maruti Fronx Delta+ (O) variant launched at Rs 8.93 lakh (ex-showroom).
It is based on the Delta+ variant and gets 6 airbags and a tyre repair kit.
Other features include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 4-speakers and wireless Android Auto And Apple CarPlay.
It is available with the 90 PS 1.2-litre petrol engine, with 5-speed MT and AMT.
Maruti Suzuki has introduced new mid-spec Delta+ (O) variants for the Fronx at Rs 8.93 lakh (ex-showroom). With the new variant, the Fronx is now available in 6 broad trims: Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Delta+ (O), Zeta and Alpha. The new variant is based on the Delta+ and is offered with the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with both manual and automatic transmissions.

As seen in the table above, you need to pay an additional Rs 15,000 for both manual and automatic Delta + (O) variants.

The main addition here is the presence of six airbags and a tyre repair kit over the Delta+. Bits such as a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, steering mounted audio controls, 4-speaker sound system, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, keyless entry,automatic climate control, electronic stability control and rear parking sensors have been carried forward.

The engine offered with the Delta+ (O) variant is the 1.2-litre petrol engine which makes 90 PS and 113 Nm. This engine can be paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT. The Fronx is also available with a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine making 100 PS and 148 Nm. The turbo-petrol engine can be mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter.

The Maruti Fronx is priced between Rs 7.52 lakh and Rs 12.88 lakh (ex-showroom). It rivals the likes of the Toyota Taisor, Nissan Magnite, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO and Renault Kiger.
