Mahindra XUV700 AX7 Range Gets MASSIVE Discounts Up To Rs 2.2 Lakh, Now Is The Time To Buy One!

As part of the XUV700 hitting two lakh sales milestone celebration and three-year anniversary in India,  Mahindra has introduced new pricing for the midsize SUV’s AX7 range for a limited period of 4 months. The AX7 variants are now priced from Rs 19.49 lakh for the petrol and Rs 19.79 lakh for the diesel version (both prices, ex-showroom). Depending on the AX7 variant you pick, you can save up to Rs 2.2 lakh.

The AX7 Diesel Automatic 7-seater variant benefits the most with a price reduction of Rs 2.2 lakh, while the AX7 L Diesel Manual 7-seater gets the least benefit of Rs 1.5 lakh.

XUV700 AX7 Features 

The AX7 variant of the XUV700 boasts all the premium features that you would need and expect from the top-end variants of a mid-size SUV.  It comes with dual 10.25-inch screens for the infotainment system and digital driver’s display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a panoramic sunroof, connected car technology, 6 speakers and a dual-zone climate control. Its safety kit included 6 airbags, electronic stability control, Level-2 ADAS, tyre pressure monitoring system, and a reverse parking camera. 

The AX7 L variants additionally bring in features such as a 12-speaker 3D Audio system by Sony, a 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats, electronic parking brake, wireless phone charging, a blind-view monitor, and adaptive cruise control. 

XUV700 Powertrain 

Underneath the hood, the AX7 and AX7 L variants get both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol engine comes with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol unit which makes 200 PS and 380 Nm. The diesel engine is the 2.2-litre turbo-diesel which produces 185 PS and up to 450 Nm. The two engines can be paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. You can also choose the all-wheel drive version, which is only available with the diesel automatic. 

XUV700 Price And Rivals 

With the reduced pricing, the XUV700 retails from Rs 13.99 lakh to Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV’s 7-seater version competes with the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus and Hyundai Alcazar, while the 5-seater version rivals the Tata Harrier, Kia Seltos, MG Hector, and Hyundai Creta.
