Honda Gives The SH350i A New Looks For 2022

Honda has unveiled the 2022 SH350i in Europe. It gets a minor tweak in its latest iteration while retaining most of what the 2021 model had to offer. 

For 2022, Honda has given the SH350i a lick of two fresh paint schemes: Pearl Falcon Gray and Mat Blacky Gray Metallic. Both the colours make the scooter look a tad sportier and accentuate the sharp lines of the bodywork.

The design remains untouched as well. It sports the same bulky cladding all around with minimal sticker/badges. The fascia houses an LED headlight with conventional turn indicators. 

Powering the updated Honda scooter is a Euro5-compliant 330cc liquid-cooled engine with the output rated at 29.2PS and 32Nm. For reference, the BMW C 400 GT’s 350cc mill makes 34PS and 35Nm. 

The features list too is the same as before. Apart from LED illumination, you get an LCD, underseat USB socket, smart key operation and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC). 

Its tubular steel underbone frame is sprung by a 35mm telescopic fork and dual rear springs. The braking setup too remains unaltered: 256mm front and rear disc with dual-channel ABS. 

It gets a 9.1-litre fuel tank and tips the scales at 174kg. Not a lightweight scooter after all. 

Honda is yet to reveal the prices for the 2022 SH350i. The 2021 model was priced at a hefty GBP 5,049 (approximately Rs 5.06 lakh). While it definitely looks attractive, the scooter will enjoy sales overseas only and is too expensive for our market.
