What comes to your mind when you think about Japanese luxury? We bet Lexus is one of the names that will instantly come to mind. The luxury carmaker from the land of the rising sun was present at the 2023 Japan Motor Show and it had two interesting concepts on display. Here’s the lowdown on both:

Lexus LF-ZC

The Lexus LF-ZC is a swanky four-door electric notchback that boasts distinctive exterior styling with plenty of sharp cuts and creases. But the highlight of this concept definitely ought to be its interior, which relies on multiple screens running on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR). Moreover, this concept has been confirmed to go into production and is expected to become reality in 2026.

Lexus LF-ZL

The Lexus LF-ZL, on the other hand, previews the brand’s all-electric flagship. Standout bits here include the fact that it aims to drive occupants using its self-driving capabilities. Also, it now runs on a new Arene OS software, which promises plenty of advanced capabilities using Artificial Intelligence (AI). It will also be on a standalone electric-only platform which, as Lexus says, will help in better packaging.
