2025 Ducati Panigale V4 And DesertX Discovery To Be Launched Soon In India

Ducati India teased their new Panigale V4 and DesertX Discovery variants on its social media channels.

For 2025 Panigale V4 gets significant features and tech updates. The 2025 Ducati DesertX Discovery variant promises to give it better touring capabilities. Lets have a deeper look at what these Ducati’s have to offer.

2025 Ducati Panigale V4

The Ducati Panigale V4 gets an updated design for 2025, and it looks quite interesting. The V4 gets a sharper design for the LED headlight and the new winglets compliment the overall design of the supersport quite well. 

The 2025 Panigale V4 gets a 1,034cc V4 motor which now puts out an impressive 216PS at 13,500rpm and 121.9Nm at 11,250rpm. These power figures easily put it amongst some of the most powerful production motorcycles in the world.

Ducati claims the weight of the frame has reduced by 17% as compared to the bike’s previous iteration. Weight reduction has also happened with the new forged aluminum wheels which are 2.17kg lighter than before. The new double sided swingarm is said to improve straight line stability but the design will not be appreciated by Ducati purists. 

It gets fully-adjustable Ohlins suspension on both ends. For braking duties, it gets new Brembo Hypure calipers that are said to have better heat dissipation that improves their braking performance. 

In terms of features, the V4 gets 6.91-inch coloured TFT along with 3 ride modes for the street: Sport, Road, Wet and 2 track modes: Race A and Race B. It also gets traction control and ABS . It also gets a bi-directional quickshifter as standard.

The Ducati Panigale V4 is expected to be launched at Rs 28,00,000 to Rs 32,00,000 (ex-showroom)

DesertX Discovery 

The Ducati DesertX Discovery is a more off-road and touring friendly variant for the DesertX. In terms of design, it looks like a proper full size adventure tourer. It comes equipped with a taller front visor and aluminium panniers to complete its overall look.

The DesertX discovery gets a 937cc L-twin motor which produces 110PS and 92Nm. This engine is mated to a  6-speed gearbox.

The DesertX discovery gets a long travel suspension, 46mm fully-adjustable USD front fork and KYB monoshock. For braking duties it gets dual 320mm front discs and 265mm rear disc brakes. It gets a 21-inch front and an 18-inch wheels both spoked.

As added features for being a better touring motorcycle the Discovery gets heated grips, aluminium panniers, centre stand and a taller visor. It also gets ride modes, power modes,wheelie control, bidirectional quickshifter, cruise control, and more.

In theDiscovery variant, the DesertX’s capabilities should be even better with the improved features and equipment it has. 

Ducati India has planned to launch 25 bikes  in India this year, and these two should be the first ones that might be launched soon.
