Have test ridden it, with a pillion as well as a pillion.. on typical Bangalore roads.Had been waiting for this bike for an year, to be launched in India. Was inclined towards it because KTMs are now too abundant in India. Below is my opinion (Please don"t mind if it just feels like an onion ;)👍:1. Very cool and calm engine. Definitely not as harsh as a KTM.2. Excellent build quality. Everything looks premium.3. Very comfortable rider"s triangle and agile for SOLO RIDING. I"m 5"11" and felt so comfortable riding.4. "Out of the Herd" design👎:1. Very bad GROUND CLEARANCE. Scratches almost every speed breaker of Bangalore, even for a solo rider. Softer suspension has also to be blamed here.2. Pillion will have a hard time holding on for his life. Forget about women, even men will have hard time. Thanks to the tiny pillion seat. Though it looks big enough in pictures, rider will occupy more than half of the place and pillion ends up sitting in air. Grab rails provided are useless.3. Due to light weight of the machine, with a pillion rider, the front part becomes so weightless and maneuvering becomes challenging.4. Despite the price, the bike looks tiny and doesn"t have the expected road presence. Being called a premium naked Street bike doesn"t just feel right for this machine. I"ve seen people cancelling their bookings after test riding it. Everything else is at ur discretion.
Refinement, Reliable, Build quality and comfort, All these things are very good in this bike.Since the pillion seat is narrow not advisable for ride with pillion. Most important point from my view is this bike is definitely overpriced 2.77lakhs exshowroom is too much onroad price will come around 3.11 lakhs.Hence it's not value for money product. The choice is upto you guys.
I had a test drive yesterday it was way too smooth, infact i had two rides one cb300r and other with apache rr1310, as i was confused between the two, i have already booked cb300r and seriously there's no comparison between the two....cb300r was miles ahead..... The refinement and smoothness... It was lovely . Can't wait for the delivery man.... She was so sexy
You can feel the Japanese engineering refinement everytime you open the throttle. Light weight, easy to handle. Except for a thinly padded seat and pricey accessories. I have no complaints at all. Completely worth it. It is a literal head turner.
It"s a very light motorcycle which makes it easy to ride in traffic. This bike rides in corners like it was built for it. Performance on the highway is also really good. The suspension is stiff and you"ll have a hard time while riding on a bad road

- Very easy and comfortable ride
- Yess, but without pillion
- Pillion comfort in cb300r is not comfortable seat is slightly consted & small no safety for pillion but for for your frinds or yongers are is ableto sit but children & elders are not

- Cb300r is far better in styling than cbr 250r in looks .Cbr 250r carries same looks for years,cb300r is better in commuting but lacks wind protection on highways but accessories are available.
- Both stands equal in commute in city and long run though cb300r provides you more power and features, a more depends your budget and on your choise if you like a retro look its cb300r and if sporty go with cbr 250r, there's a rough difference of nearly Rs 70000 to Rs. 80000 in both.
- Both are equal in performance and comfort
- Milage is about 35-40 kmpl if you ride it at 60-70 km/h.When I ride it at 120-140Km/h it only gives 23-25 Kmpl A lot more depends on the speed and your riding. For maintaenece you are given three services free, and have to pay for the parts and oil, In my first free service I paid somthing near to 900 for engine oil, chain cleaning and chain oiling.
- Haven't tested it so far, just enjoyed riding.... FIL IT, SHUT IT AND FORGET IT....
- The distance of service center is 700 km from my home. Should I buy CB300R?
