Ahead of the e-tron’s launch on July 22, Audi India has rolled out predefined aftersales plans that are exclusive to the all-electric SUV. These service plans are aimed to give customers peace of mind in the after sales department. Customers can choose from predefined service plans, extended warranty programs, and even buy back programs.
Warranty Program

As standard, Audi will offer the e-tron with a standard two-year warranty while the battery pack is eligible for an eight year/1,60,000km (whichever is earlier) warranty. Customers can extend the standard warranty for two or three years by paying an additional premium.
Service Plans

Customers can choose from predefined service plans ranging between a time period of two and five years. Depending on the scheme, the service plans will cover the costs of periodic service, brakes and suspension. It will also include the extended warranty for the fourth or fifth year depending on the service plan you choose.
Roadside Assistance

As standard, e-tron customers will be eligible for five years of free roadside assistance. In case of a breakdown, Audi will cover the cost of towing or mechanical intervention that’s needed to fix the electric SUV.
Buyback

Audi claims it will offer 'best-in-class' buyback in case you wish to sell the SUV within three years of purchase. The all-electric SUV, which will come in three variants (50, 55, and 55 Sportback), is expected to be priced between Rs 99 lakh and Rs 1.2 crore (ex-showroom).

Bookings for the all-electric e-tron can be done via the official website or your closest dealer for a token amount of Rs 5 lakh. The upcoming electric SUV will fight it out with the Mercedes-Benz EQC and Jaguar I-Pace.
