Jeep has launched the 2024 Wrangler facelift in India, with prices starting from Rs 67.65 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated Wrangler features design tweaks, an updated interior with more features, and enhanced off-road-ready technology. However, unlike the global model, Jeep has retained the same 2-litre turbo-petrol engine option for the Wrangler in India and will not offer it with hybrid or more powerful engine options.

Here’s a quick look at variant-wise pricing of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler compared to the pre-facelift model

The 2024 Wrangler facelift is priced Rs 5 lakh over the model it replaces. 

Design-wise, you need a magnifying glass to spot the changes over the outgoing model. It gets a refreshed front with an updated seven-slat grille and is further enhanced by black / grey trim elements. It rides on newly styled 18-inch alloy wheels while maintaining its characteristic silhouette. The rear remains unchanged, showcasing the same butch design that aligns with the off-roader’s character.

Inside, the Jeep Wrangler gets a brand new dashboard design, hosting a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and sleeker central AC vents. The cabin also showcases refreshed HVAC controls. Overall, the interior maintains a cohesive all-black theme that aligns with the Wrangler's persona.

Apart from a larger infotainment unit, the 2024 Wrangler comes equipped with features including wireless phone charging, 12-way powered front seats, 9-speaker Alpine sound system, a 7-inch multi-info digital instrument cluster, and dual-zone climate control. 

On the safety front, the 2024 Wrangler gets ADAS along with features like six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and a reverse parking camera with a park assist system.

Underneath the hood, the 2024 Wrangler is powered by the same 2-litre turbo-petrol engine that puts out 270 PS/ 400 Nm. It is paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission and comes equipped with Jeep's full-time four-wheel-drive system. 

Furthermore, it continues to offer standard features including multiple off-road modes, a low-range transfer case, electronically disconnectable sway bars and locking differentials, enhancing its off-road capabilities. The Wrangler now also gets a Gorilla glass windshield, providing additional protection in case of a mishap during your off-roading adventures.    

The 2024 Wrangler is a much affordable off-roader than the Land Rover Defender and Mercedes-Benz G-Class.
