Check Out The Upcoming Car Launches In India In October 2025

The festive season always brings a flurry of new car launches, and October 2025 is no different. Though not too many, this month is shaping up to be an exciting one for buyers, especially for enthusiasts, as a much-awaited sedan is finally arriving on our shores. Without further ado, here’s everything lined up for October 2025.

Skoda Octavia RS

Launch Date: October 17

Skoda has officially confirmed the return of the Octavia RS, though only 100 units will be up for grabs, making it a limited-run performance sedan. Pre-bookings of the Octavia RS will open on 6th October, while the price announcement is scheduled for 17th October with deliveries to begin from next month.

On the outside, the Octavia RS balances sportiness with sophistication. It gets a blacked-out butterfly grille with the RS badge, dual-pod matrix LED headlamps with V-shaped DRLs, 18-inch aero-styled alloys, and wraparound LED tail lamps. Inside, it will boast an all-black cabin with red accents, sports seats, a flat-bottom steering wheel, and metallic pedals. Underneath the hood, the Octavia RS will be powered by a 2-litre turbo-petrol engine that puts out 265 PS and 370 Nm, paired to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. 

2025 Mahindra Thar Facelift

Expected Launch Date: October 3

The updated Thar is expected to debut on October 3 with a mid-life refresh, bringing it closer in design to the 5-door Thar Roxx. On the outside, look for a redesigned grille, reshaped bumpers, new LED DRLs, and updated alloy wheels, giving the Thar a fresher, more modern look.

Inside, the 2025 Thar could get upgrades such as a new steering wheel, a larger 10.25-inch infotainment screen, and a wireless phone charger, making the cabin more practical and tech-friendly. Engine options are likely to remain the same, with diesel and turbo-petrol engines, along with rear-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive variants.

2025 Mahindra Bolero

Expected Launch: October 6

Mahindra is expected to launch the facelifted 2025 Bolero with cosmetic updates inside out. These could include an updated headlight system, sharper alloy wheels, and a slightly refreshed cabin featuring a semi-digital instrument cluster. While the powertrain options for this facelift are not confirmed, Mahindra is likely to carry forward the existing engine choices.

2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo

Expected Launch: October 6

Like the Bolero, the Bolero Neo could also get a facelift with cosmetic and feature upgrades. The exterior is expected to feature a new grille with horizontal slats, a reworked bumper design, and subtle styling tweaks at the front and rear. 

Inside, the Bolero Neo could get a larger touchscreen infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity, along with an updated interior theme and refreshed seat upholstery. Under the hood, the Bolero Neo is likely to retain its familiar 1.5-litre diesel engine, producing 100 PS and 260 Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
