Buy KTM Duke 125, if you're a noob to motorcycling. If you are an adrenaline j****e riding mostly within city, then Duke 200 is for you. If you're an adrenaline j****e and likes to spend most of the time touringon highways, then choose Duke 390. If you're looking for a balanced motorcycle which is stylish, powerful yet not madly accelerating, then buy Duke 250. If you need a mile munching touring champ, buy SuperDuke 1290 GT. If the interest is on-track performance, then any RC motorcycle (basis skill level) will do.

It depends on your usage. If you are a City commuter, KTM duke 200 is best. If you are a tourer but have medium budget go with 250 Duke. If you have bit more budget go with 390 Duke. All these 3 bike or good according to my experience.
