Car is a better choice.. but if you insist on scooter you can choose burgman ..tvs grand or classic...dear sir our roads are bad ..buy a good helmet light weight premium..10000rs it's worth...dont wear collar..in potholes take the scooter very slowly..even car jerks in potholes...do neck exercises you can see in you tube...dont walk with a helmet..if you are sitting it doesn't cause much problem.
