Hi, If you are planning to buy okaya faast f2b then you are really wasting your money and time.I had purchased this ebike on feb2023.The company quoted that the bike would give the mileage around 80kms per charge but it gives ~20kms which is useless.Within this 3months i have complained to the service center n number of times and they agreed it is fault of battery which they would replace.Until now the battery hasn't been replaced even after multiple visits.I have got stuck so many times on the way and beg the near by shops to provide me the socket for charging.It is so embarrassing for me to do that.I have thrown this vehicle to the outlet from were i purchased it expecting that they will not fix the problem.I suggest you to please think twice before you purchase this vehicle.The service is pathetic.

I have purchased one month back, And never experienced such a low grade product, It like i have thrown my money in garbage bag.In one month atleast 5-6 times it was not starting, I have called to the service centre which has 4th grade service, Many times they even don't pick the phone nor reply whatsapp message.I am planning to go to consumer court to get the compensation.

I bought on 26 january 2023, In beginning 3 months were great for milaga, Performance & everything but last one month having so much trouble with this vehicle.The battery may go down suddenly some time at 58 % charging or may be 50 % charging in marker where no place to plugin the charger.Complaint 3 times for this issue but still the problem is not resolved.

This scooter is worthless according to its price segment.It get discharge even at 30%, The battery goes 30-0% within a flash of second.The performance of this scooter ia also worthless it gives 50-60km/per charge of mileage while my scooter is only 6 months old and i have run it only 4500km.

I.E a very bad experience i have purchased only 3 months ago now the charger was damaged what rubbish still now it is not solved.
