Mahindra will finally launch its long awaited sub-4-metre offering, the Vibe hatchback today. While complete details of the new car have been a tight lipped affair, our recent drive in the new chopped down Verito has us really impressed on many fronts.
We found the car to be rather roomy and well-equipped for a hatch and considering its meek proportions, all its merits of being a scaled down Verito sedan means it is most likely to fit your budget. The engine will be the same 1.5-litre, 65PS dCi diesel unit that does duty on the Verito.
The Verito Vibe is Mahindra’s first attempt into the high volume sub-4 metre segment. Let’s see how the country reacts to the final output of an otherwise UV biased manufacturer.
