Honda Cars India has hiked prices of the Amaze, Jazz, WR-V and the fifth-gen City in the country. Even the recently launched Special and Exclusive editions in the Amaze and WR-V haven’t been spared. The increase in prices is attributed to the rise in inputs costs. However, one particular Honda has been spared from the latest hike. Scroll down to know more:

Honda’s entry-level car, the Amaze, is now dearer by Rs 5,000.
Prices of the top-spec diesel VX CVT and VX CVT Exclusive Edition remain unchanged, though.
The Amaze is currently priced between Rs 6.22 lakh and Rs 9.99 lakh.

Prices of the fifth-gen Honda City have been increased by up to Rs 20,000.
The top-spec ZX variant is the most affected while the rest of the variants are dearer by Rs 10,000.
The fifth-gen City is currently priced from Rs 10.99 lakh to Rs 14.84 lakh.

Incidentally, prices of the fourth-gen City remain unchanged and it costs between Rs 9.29 lakh and Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It comes with a 119PS 1.5-litre petrol engine and can be had with a 5-speed manual transmission. The fourth-gen City continues to remain on sale alongside the new model.
