The new RXZ dual-tone variant commands a premium of Rs 17,000 over the monotone option. All the colours -- blue, brown (newly introduced), yellow, silver, and white -- can be had with a black-coloured roof in this variant. The red colour option has been discontinued.

The 2021 Triber is offered with four new features:
Dual horn - Offered on all variants.
Turn indicators on ORVM - Offered from RXT onwards.
Steering-mounted audio controls - Offered from RXT onwards.
Height-adjustable driver’s seat - Limited to RXZ.

Features such as an 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, manual air-con, a 3.5-inch digital instrument cluster, and keyless entry with push-button start have been retained. Safety is taken care of by four airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors with a camera.

It continues to utilise the 72PS/96Nm 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that drives the front wheels via a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. The 100PS 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine will be launched in 2022.

The Renault Triber’s only direct competitor is the Datsun GO Plus. It can also be considered an alternative to the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Ford Figo, and the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios.
