Renault India has officially launched the BS6-compliant Kwid with prices starting from Rs 2.92 lakh (ex-showroom). Both the 0.8-litre engine and 1.0-litre unit have been upgraded to meet the upcoming emission norms, and the 2020 Renault Kwid BS6 is available in 12 variants. Here’s a detailed price list:

As seen in the table above, the Kwid has received a price hike of Rs 9,000 across the board.

The power and torque figures of both engines remain unchanged. The 0.8-litre unit develops 54PS and 76Nm while the bigger 1.0-litre unit puts out 68PS and 91Nm. Both engines can be had with a 5-speed manual while the AMT is limited to the 1.0-litre unit. Renault claims a fuel efficiency of 22kmpl for the Kwid AMT.
